It's All Situational & Specific To You

These are generalized recommendations. We can give our most accurate recommendations as we gather more information in our consultation and once the body is assessed in our initial treatment.

We will cover a generalization of how frequent clients receive treatment. The length of each session will differ based on the recommendation of your specialist.

Pain Scale is 0-10. 0 being the absolute best and 10 being the absolute worst.

  • 3 Times A Week

This is a very unique routine that is actually more common than one would believe. Pain scale lands between 7 and 10. No matter if the following have been consistent for 1 week, 1 year, 1 decade, or multiple decades, this temporary routine may be for you. If you are feeling debilitating pain, disabling range of motion loss, painful nerve sensations, or you are experiencing any other daily annoyance, more frequent treatments help in disrupting improper patterns your body has become accustomed to.

  • Twice A Week

Our third most popular option. The client likely to take this route may not necessarily be in a terrible situation. On a pain scale of 0-10 this client lands between 5 and 7 regularly. This could be a temporary routine, but we have clients that continue on this frequency to prevent themselves feeling any greater discomfort after initially correcting the body of dysfunction.

  • Once A Week

This is the most popular frequency that our clients choose and for great reason. When first starting their treatments, clients start at 3 times a week, twice a week, or they started at once a week and just stayed there. If you land on the pain scale anywhere between 3 and 5, this may be the frequency that we recommend to you. Once dysfunction and improper patterns are interrupted to where the body does not fall back into bad habits, receiving once a week treatments have an unbelievable success rate in keeping range of motion top notch and discomfort close to zero.

  • Biweekly

Our second most popular option for how frequent clients get treated. Popular with high mental and physical stress jobs or lifestyles. In a therapeutic sense, clients land between 1 and 3 on the pain scale on average. Differing from the first 3 options, receiving biweekly treatments are also commonly for clients who simply love receiving more than 1 massage a month. This frequency is where it starts to become preferential in some, but not all, cases. If you find yourself giving a number greater than 4, we may recommend less time in between treatnents.

  • Once Every 3 To 4 Weeks

The most commonly marketed frequency is receiving 1 massage a month. This is a great routine to stay on if ranking 0 to 2 on the pain scale. Common for lifestyles that are higher in mental stress and those that do not necessarily suffer from pain, but range of motion stiffness and general tension. It is a general recommendation to not exceed 5 weeks between treatments for maintenance to prevent dysfunction from gradually wearing down on the body.

  • Once Every Other Month or More

Generally receiving treatments 3 to 6 times a year amongst clients who are part of the smaller group that are, for the most part, pain free or suffer from minimal stiffness and range of motion loss. Generally for those who's pain level is so close to zero that it barely registers on the scale, a whisper of number that suggests a world of possibilities yet to unfold.
